| Nestled in the heart of the historic Mohawk Valley overlooking the peaceful waters of the Mohawk River stands the rural homestead of the Lipe Family. This lovely Greek revival home stands near the site of the original Revolutionary War outpost. Contained within the home are exhibits spanning the history of our Valley. From pre-Revolutionary War Indian artifacts to extensive memorabilia collected from the Erie Canal expansion period, this delightful Museum offers something for everyone’s interest.
