Notice to Bidders
Used Highway Equipment for sale – Town of Minden

The Town of Minden, in the county of Montgomery and State of New York, will receive sealed bids for the sale of a 2001 Dodge (1) Ton Truck with Myers Plow & Sander. Equipment will be sold “as is condition” and may be viewed at the Town of Minden, 134 State Highway 80, Fort Plain, N. Y. 13339. Questions may be directed to the superintendent of highway at 518-993-3351. Bid forms are available at the Town Clerk’s office at same location between Monday and Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on November 19, 2009. The town board at 7:00 PM will review the Bids.

Only serious bidders should apply. Bids should be submitted in an opaque envelope marked “Equipment Bid” in the lower left-hand corner. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to re-advertise the same if necessary.
